When will my order arrive?
Most orders process and ship in 1-3 business days but there are sometimes delays due to order volume or inventory. Once shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with the tracking number and carrier details.
US Standard Shipping: 3-5 business days after shipment
Canada Standard Shipping: 9-10 business days or less after shipment
US Express Delivery*: Overnight (1 business day) or 2 business day delivery options available
* If an order is placed after this time on Friday, it will not ship until Monday. Express delivery timeframes do not include Saturdays, Sundays or holidays. Not available to P.O Boxes, APO, FPO or DPO.

What is your return policy?
We are committed to providing quality products to our customers. While we hope that you are always satisfied with your Living RegeneLife X purchase, we realize there are damage times that you may need to return, Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer refunds or exchange. While we believe completely in the quality of our products, we cannot resell items that have been left our warehouse. Due to CDC state and federal guidelines and for this reason above, all sales are final. However, if you have any concerns with your purchase, please contact us within 7 days of your receipt of the Products, and we will work with you to resolve the situation satisfactorily.
Please Note: We are unable to offer exchanges or refunds for products returned due to skin irritation. We stand by the quality of the products we sell, but certain ingredients (e.g. retinol) may cause irritation to very sensitive skin. To help you avoid irritation or allergic reaction, a full ingredient list is displayed on each product page.
Refused/Undeliverable Packages
If your package is refused or undeliverable at the time of delivery or marked return to the sender, an undeliverable package fee will be assessed. The fee is $20.00 for domestic orders and $60.00 for international orders under 2 Ib. Please double-check your shipping address before you place an order to avoid incurring this fee.
